Waitlist for $5 million ‘Trump card’ visa now open

(CNN) – The waitlist to sign up for a “Trump card” visa is now open.
Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick posted about the news on social media with a link to the website.
The “Trump card” is a $5 million visa that would give foreign nationals the right to live and work permanently in the U.S.
Lutnick has said the card would replace the government’s EB-5 immigrant investor visa.
That program grants green cards to immigrants who make a $1.8 million investment in the U.S. or $900,000 in economically distressed zones.
