Former St. Louis sports radio personality killed in overnight pedestrian crash

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Police are investigating Saturday after a former St. Louis sports radio personality was hit by a car and killed.
Police identified the victim of the crash as 61-year-old Brian McKenna. McKenna was a former St. Louis sports radio personality.
The crash happened around 1 a.m. on Saturday near Hampton and Nottingham Avenues.
Police say the vehicle involved stayed at the scene, is cooperating with investigators and was uninjured.
Police say their early investigation indicates that the driver was traveling south on Hampton as the pedestrian was walking west across Hampton between Nottingham and Murdoch.
Accident Reconstruction investigators are handling the investigation.
