Mental health fair brings together local resources

METRO EAST (First Alert 4) -- The East St. Louis chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated hosted a mental health fair Saturday.
It brought together local resources and raised awareness about the help available. Organizers said mental health is often not talked about in the Black community.
More than a dozen organizations, including Washington University and the National Alliance of Mental Illness, took part in the event.
