Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence are officially in-laws

(CNN) – Two legendary comedians are now officially in-laws.
Eddie Murphy’s son, Eric, recently tied the knot with Martin Lawrence’s daughter, Jasmin.
The elder Murphy confirmed the marriage during an appearance on “The Jennifer Hudson Show” Thursday.
According to the “Saturday Night Live” alum, the wedding was held at a church with just the couple and a preacher.
Murphy said although the ceremony itself was low-key, a large celebratory party is expected in the near future.
Long before their children met, Murphy and Lawrence co-starred in the films “Boomerang” and “Life.”
