Man accused of stabbing restaurant owner on The Hill
ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A man is accused of stabbing the owner of Joe Fassi Sausage and Sandwich Factory on The Hill.
Terrance Bise, 44, is charged with first-degree assault, armed criminal action and resisting/interfering with arrest for a felony.
Charging documents state Bise walked behind the counter of the restaurant at 2323 Sublette on Wednesday and stabbed the owner, Tom Coll, in the throat and chest with a knife. The attack was captured on surveillance cameras.
Hours later, officers found Bise in the 3100 block of Nebraska and attempted to take him into custody, but he ran off. When officers caught up with him, they placed Bise in handcuffs.
The stabbing victim suffered serious injuries.
