SNAP recipients have until May 26 to request replacement food

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - SNAP recipients who had their food spoil due to power outages from the May 16 storm will have until May 26 to request replacement benefits.

If you had food spoil due to power outages and need replacement SNAP benefits, you can fill out this form online or print a replacement request form and send it by fax to (573) 526-9400 or mail it to Family Division, P.O. Box 2700, Jefferson City, MO 65102.
