Laundry and shower services available at New Horizons Church in North City
ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - While people continue to grapple with the devastating aftermath of the tornado, basic services like showers or laundry service may be hard to come by.
Mobile facilities from Ohio are now in St. Louis to help residents.
New Horizons Church, located at 4234 Washington Blvd in North City, is now a hub for mobile laundry and shower services.
If you are impacted by the tornado, you are encouraged to bring two bags of laundry per household. Volunteers will wash, dry and fold the laundry.
Bathrooms and showers are available with toiletries and towels provided.
New Horizons Church is also handing out bags of non-perishable snacks.
The laundry and shower services are available through the weekend from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
