Circle K is offering discounted fuel prices ahead of Memorial Day weekend
(Gray News) – Circle K is offering discounted fuel prices ahead of the busy Memorial Day weekend.
The convenience store and gas station chain says it is giving customers an easy way to save heading into the long holiday weekend by offering a special discount of up to 40 cents off per gallon of Circle K-branded fuel.
According to the company, its Fuel Day special will be offered on Thursday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. (local time) at participating locations. Also, customers who have signed up for Inner Circle rewards can hit the pumps early from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. to receive the discount.
The company said the price on the pump will reflect the discounted price during that time.
“As people hit the road for the long weekend and kick off the summer season, we are pleased to bring all of our valued customers some great savings at the pump,” Louise Warner, with Circle K, said.
The promotion comes as AAA predicts one of the busiest Memorial Day weekends for travel, forecasting more than 45 million people will be traveling over the holiday.
This year’s domestic travel forecast is an increase of 1.4 million travelers compared to last year and sets a new Memorial Day weekend record, representatives with AAA said.
