ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Four days after a tornado ripped through St. Louis, many streets in North City are still covered in debris.

On Tuesday, First Alert 4’s Justin Andrews talked with a local construction crew that is going above and beyond to help in the recovery.
