34th annual African Arts Festival canceled due to storm damage in Forest Park

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - The African Heritage Association of St. Louis, Inc. announced Tuesday that the 34th Annual African Arts Festival has been canceled.
The organization says the festival will be held next year.
“As much as we would love to have the Festival take place, safety for all who attend is our number one priority. The conditions of some of the streets, walkways, and sidewalks in the park at this time are not good and will take time to be cleared, according to reports,” said Gerald Brooks, Board Chair of the African Heritage Association of St. Louis.
