Police said officers responded around 1:20 p.m. May 14 to the 1100 block of Rio Street and found Parker suffering gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital for treatment but later died.

Homicide investigators found that all three suspects went to Parker’s location, according to police. One of the suspects dropped the other two off and they shot the victim. The alleged shooters were picked up by the third suspect and fled the scene.

Police said video surveillance obtained during the investigation and other evidence confirmed the suspects’ identities.
