911 dispatcher helps a mother deliver her baby over the phone

For most people on the other end of the line, it’s one of the worst days of their lives.
That wasn’t the case for one early morning September 2024 call to the 911 dispatch outside St. Louis.
Reporter Caroline Hecker shows us how this call helped deliver Joy.
