(InvestigateTV) — A group of Arizona high school students received a unique opportunity that will help to prepare them for college and beyond.

The students at Corona Del Sol in Tempe made prosthetic hands with the help of a corporate grant. The students say the prosthetics are delicate enough to handle everyday items like a TV remote.

“This is probably the most fun project I’ve done yet because you can see its real-life applications and how important this can be in the world,” said senior Gary Hoffland.

Reporter Steven Sarabia shows us how these students are engineering solutions for real problems.
