How drones enhance the Red Bud Police Department
RED BUD, Ill. (First Alert 4) - When seconds matter, up-to-date technology can make all the difference.
The Red Bud Police Department has seven full-time and four part-time employees. Through the help of HeroFundUSA, the department wants to add a drone to help them cover more ground.
“Drones are incredible when it comes to getting an overall view of what’s going on, so you don’t have aspects that you don’t know about coming into a potentially dangerous situation,” explained Police Chief John Brittingham.
HeroFundUSA helps first responders in ways such as helping them to purchase a drone.
