St. Louis mayoral candidates speak with resident of North and South Hampton neighborhoods

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Thursday night, Mayor Tishaura Jones and Alderwoman Cara Spencer spoke to residents of the North and South Hampton neighborhoods at another candidate forum.
The candidates are making another push, with the April 8 election being less than two weeks away.
Kevin Stross, President of the South Hampton Neighborhood Association, tells First Alert 4, “The more we’re informed, the more we educated ourselves, the better we can communicate our needs and wants.”
