(InvestigateTV) — You may have heard of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), but what you may not know is this same type of phenomenon happens to children older than one year as well.

Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood (SUDC) is more rare than SIDS, but for the parents who’ve lost children, SUDC is not rare enough.

Parents are pushing for more research to find out why this happens and how to stop it.
