Human remains found near Creve Coeur Lake identified as missing South City woman

Human skeletal remains that were found near Creve Coeur Lake Tuesday afternoon have been identified as a missing South City woman, police say.

MARYLAND HEIGHTS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Human skeletal remains that were found near Creve Coeur Lake Tuesday afternoon have been identified as a missing South City woman, police say.

Police say the remains were found near a canal that connects Creve Coeur Lake and Mallard Creek around 11:15 a.m.

Thursday, police said the remains have tentatively been identified as Tammy Ann Pirrin, 53, who had been reported missing from her South City home in September.

Anyone with information about Pirrin’s whereabouts over the past four months is asked to call Maryland Heights police at (314) 298-7847.
