CITY SC to open new mini-pitch at Jackie Joyner-Kersee Center

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (Matrix Midwest) - St. Louis CITY SC will unveil a new mini-pitch Thursday at the Jackie Joyner-Kersee Center in East St. Louis.
St. Louis CITY SC CEO Carolyn Kindle and 6x Olympic medalist Jackie Joyner-Kersee will officially open the mini-pitch at the Jackie Joyner-Kersee Center on Thursday, Nov. 21.
This new project is part of an ongoing effort by CITY SC, American Family Insurance, and the U.S. Soccer Foundation to make soccer more accessible by installing 11 mini-pitches across the St. Louis region by the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
