Wagner defeats Hartmann

BALLWIN, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Ann Wagner is returning to Washington DC for another term.
Congresswoman Wagner defeated Democratic challenger Ray Hartmann in the race for Missouri’s Second District on Tuesday night.
The district covers most of West County, all of South County, part of St. Charles and Warren Counties, and all of Franklin County.
Wagner, of Ballwin, was first elected in 2012.
