Missouri voters guide to the 2024 election

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - On November 5, Missouri voters will get to decide on a number of races and state constitutional amendments.
A list of races and voter questions are below:
FEDERAL:
All eight Missouri Congressional seats are up for election.
US Senate:
GOP: Incumbent US Senator Josh Hawley (first elected in 2018)
Dem: Marine veteran Lucas Kunce
STATEWIDE:
Governor:
GOP: Lt. Gov. Mike Kehoe
Dem: Missouri House Minority Crystal Quade
All statewide offices, except for Treasurer, are up for election.
AMENDMENTS:
Amendment 2 would legalize sports betting in Missouri
Amendment 3 would legalize abortion in Missouri, which became illegal when Roe v Wade was overturned in 2022
Amendment 5 would allow a casino in the Ozarks
Amendment 6 would add a court fee to be used to pay law enforcement & prosecutors
Amendment 7 would ban ranked choice voting and bar state and local governments from allowing non-citizens to vote. It would not affect municipal elections in St. Louis City, which would be grandfathered in
Amendment A would raise Missouri’s wage to $15 an hour and require employers to provide paid sick leave for employees
Absentee voting started September 24, no excuse absentee voting starts October 22. Voting can also be done by mail.
