Quade wins Democratic Primary for governor

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (First Alert 4) – House Minority Leader Crystal Quade has won the Democratic nomination for Missouri Governor.

Quade beat businessman Mike Hamra to win the nomination on Tuesday. Both candidates are from Springfield.

Quade has served as Minority Leader in the Missouri House since 2019 and in the statehouse since 2017.

She will be an underdog in the general election in November.
