Kunce to face Hawley in race for US Senate seat

INDEPENDENCE, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Lucas Kunce has won the Democratic primary for the US Senate race in Missouri.

Kunce defeated State Senator Karla May and several other candidates on Tuesday. Kunce, a former Marine, ran in the US Senate primary in 2022 but lost to Trudy Busch-Valentine.

Kunce will be an underdog to incumbent Josh Hawley in the general election.
