ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A 133-page lawsuit filed by a St. Charles transfemme librarian spells out claims of sexual misconduct.

Danny Roberson identifies as non-binary and trans-femme and the lawsuit claims date back to May 2023.

Six defendants are listed in the court documents including Grace Church St. Louis in Maryland Heights, Jane Puszkar, a Francis Howell School Board Member and Rachel Homolak.

Homolak complained to the St. Charles County Library’s CEO and the lawsuit states Homolak said a male librarian “was dressed in drag and forcing her sexuality on children.”

First Alert 4 talked to Homolak back in September when she was trying to get a book banned from a St. Charles library because she and others claimed it violated obscenity laws.

The lawsuit alleges Homolak posted on Facebook accusing Roberson of sexual misconduct by saying Roberson “dressed in drag and forced her sexuality on children.”

During a library board meeting back in June, the lawsuit claims Francis Howell School Board member Jane Puszkar referred to Roberson as a “tranvestite,” arguing the purpose of Roberson working at the library was to “indoctrinate and to gain access to children for sexual purposes.”

“I’m weighing my options,” wrote Puszkar to First Alert 4 Monday night. “My response will be given, and my side of the story will be heard within the proper time allotted. I will do everything to protect my First Amendment right.”

Grace Church St. Louis in Maryland Heights is also listed. The suit alleges Grace Church made a Facebook post in which the suit writes it “engaged in drag as sexual expression and therefore children needed protection from Roberson as a dangerous person.”

First Alert 4 reached out to Grace Church and Homolak and we’re waiting to hear back.
