Surprise Squad: Helping the band play

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - The Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis has a program called Rock 21, where participants get to play in bands and battle it out on the stage every year.
It is so popular that they were not able to include everyone who wanted to because they did not have enough instruments.
Then the Surprise Squad stepped in.
